Nilanthi Dias Karunarathna (born November 10, 1979) is a prominent Sri Lankan actress and professional dancer, well known for her work in both Sinhala cinema and television. She was born in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka, into a Sinhalese family and holds Sri Lankan nationality. A talented performer from a young age, she studied at All Saints Convent, Borella, where she began formal dance training in Kandyan, Bharatanatyam, Latin American, and Ballroom styles. Nilanthi is the niece of former Sri Lankan actress Beula Dias. Her Instagram account @nilanthi.dias has over 35K+ followers, where she shares her artistic ventures and personal moments.

Nilanthi rose to fame through the iconic music video Pitikotapan Noney by the Gypsies, which became a cultural sensation.
